The Brief

The client had a reputation for curating excellent products and maintaining a robust operation to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

However, the website did not reflect this at all; it lacked immersive imagery, was filled with technical jargon, and failed to provide a clear customer journey from start to finish.

The Challenge

Supreme Trimmer's products cater to both professional barbers and personal grooming needs. This required the website to present a clear path for these two distinct customer types while maintaining a cohesive and unified design.

Additionally, during the revamp, we had minimal access to branded photography. We used placeholders, and the website was designed to serve as a framework for the client to later fit images from future photoshoots into.

The Result

About a month or two after project completion, I received a call from the client informing me that they had already reached their financial goal for the year.

The revamped website enabled the client to focus more on marketing their products via Shopify, allowing them to achieve a higher profit margin compared to selling predominantly on Amazon.
